Google API Data Disclosure

Supercharge uses access granted through Google OAuth only to provide Google Workspace features you explicitly enable. We do not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI/ML models.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Supercharge collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you use our website and product, including when you connect third-party integrations such as Google Workspace.

2. Data We Access

We access only the data needed to provide features you request. Depending on the integrations you connect, this can include account identifiers and integration data returned by provider APIs.

For Google Workspace integrations, this may include Gmail metadata and message content, Calendar events, and Drive file metadata/content strictly within the scopes you approve during OAuth consent.

3. How We Use Data

  • To authenticate integrations and keep them connected.
  • To execute user-requested actions in connected tools (for example listing messages, sending email, listing files, and creating calendar events).
  • To provide agent responses and workflows that depend on your connected integrations.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

4. How We Store Data

OAuth credentials such as access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in our database. We retain integration metadata and token expiry data to keep integrations working and to refresh tokens when required by the provider.

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can disconnect integrations at any time to stop future API access.

5. How We Share Data

We do not sell Google user data or other personal integration data. We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf (for hosting, infrastructure, and operations) under contractual obligations to protect it.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Google API Services Limited Use

Supercharge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

7. In-Product Privacy Notifications

We provide in-product notices in integration screens that explain how Google user data is accessed and used, and we link those notices to this Privacy Policy so users can easily review details before connecting Google services.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the latest version at this URL.

9. Contact
