Campaign go-live preflight

Marketing ops needs creative approvals, UTM checks, and brand compliance confirmed across channels: one question instead of five tools.

Q2 product campaign flips live Monday and I am the one signing the checklist. Am I forgetting anything obvious?

Totally fair to be paranoid. I cannot see your briefs, ad accounts, or approval log, so think in buckets:

  • UTMs, landing pages, and pixels line up channel to channel.
  • Budget caps, exclusions, and blackout dates match what media sold.
  • Legal or comms signed off on claims, footnotes, and regional copy.

Paste a link or export and I can go deeper. Want a one-page generic preflight you can send to your lead, or a list of questions to ask legal?

Here's a concise snapshot:

  • GitHub: 3 open PRs on release/acme-launch; the API rate-limit change is still in review.
  • Notion: Product brief is marked "Ready for review"; decision log notes pricing approval is pending.
  • Google Workspace: Next calendar block with stakeholders is tomorrow 10:00 AM; the shared prep doc was updated this morning.

I can refresh these sources before the meeting, draft the stakeholder follow-up, or break this into owners and next steps -- what should I run first?

Double-check creative and legal for me, that is where we always get burned.

For creative and legal without your tracker: walk the asset list row by row for approval status, re-read anything that mentions pricing or superlatives, and match EU vs US copy to whatever GDPR or regional notes you already have. I still cannot see which files are pending, so this stays a manual pass until you share names or links.

Creative and legal angle: hero is approved at v4-final, but two social cuts are still "pending legal" in Notion, so do not let those ship Monday. EU goes live 24h later per the thread. Paid copy still has "best" in a place brand rules reject; swap to lexicon-approved language before Meta. Easiest next step: hold the pending cuts, then nudge legal with the asset names and go-live time. Want me to draft that ping?

I don't have access to your tools, so I can't see live status.

Here is what your launch hub, calendar, and brand rules are saying before Monday:

  • Notion: Launch hub shows hero video v4-final approved; two social cuts still say "pending legal" in the asset table.
  • Google Workspace: Shared calendar has Mon 6:00 AM go-live; kickoff thread notes EU segment launches 24h later per GDPR review.
  • Brand & claims: Paid copy still uses unapproved superlatives ("best"); replace with lexicon-approved wording before anything hits Meta.

Should I hold the pending cuts from going live, ping legal with the exact timestamps, or run a last cross-channel asset diff before Monday?
